Whole World Products Warranty, Shipping, and Return Policy

In order to bring you the LOWEST prices every day, Whole World Products has connected with the Best Suppliers around. Not all suppliers use the same shipping methods, so your order may arrive via different carriers, and at different times, depending on the shipping location, however you can rest assured we can and will provide you with all tracking information necessary so you can remain informed about your order.

 

WARRANTY:

Items from the World of Products and Vista Catalogs:

All items fully guaranteed from any defects. All merchandise is guaranteed for 1 YEAR from original date of purchase. Defective products returned to us in original packaging with all accessories and owner’s manual will be replaced, repaired, or credited.

 

Products found to be defective within 1 year will be replaced with an identical item. The manufacturer may offer a limited warranty above and beyond the 1 year WWP replacement warranty, and any issues with said product, beyond that 1 year time frame, should be handled through the products manufacturer.

All returns must be pre-authorized and shipped prepaid to the address we provide you with. Email sales@mywwp.com if you have an item that needs to be returned or exchanged.

All other items & electronics:

All items offer a 30 day replacement/exchange warranty from Whole World Products Inc. Returns must have all original packaging and manuals included. Contact us at: sales@mywwp.com if an item must be returned, any product returned without prior notification will not be credited or replaced.

The manufacturer of the purchased product may warranty the item for a longer period; any problems with any item purchased beyond 30 days should be brought to the attention of the items manufacturer.

Electronics that have been installed (Car Audio, video etc.) can not be returned, speakers that are blown may have to be inspected prior to replacement by the manufacturer. Any item that needs to be replaced must be authorized, and shipped (prepaid) to the address that we will provide you.

All Freight orders must be inspected BEFORE the YOU accept the shipment. 

If damage is not discovered or noted and a shipment is accepted and signed for then Whole World Products Inc. is not responsible for replacing the product. Signing for a shipment without noting damage on the Bill of Lading is stating that the shipment was free from damage and in perfect condition. ALL Freight deliveries must be inspected, no matter how large the order or product is. There are no exceptions to this policy.

If a product arrives damaged, Whole World Products Inc. must be notified immediately. Once we are notified, a claim will be placed with the corresponding shipping company. Once the claim has been resolved, the product will need to be sent back and the replacement will be sent out.

REFUNDS: 

Returns will be accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date. Refunds of any kind will only be issued to the original purchaser. You will be refunded in the same manner of payment of which you paid originally. For example, if the order was placed with a Pay-Pal account then it will be refunded to that same Pay-Pal account.

A 15% restocking fee will be charged to all non-defective items. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for returns to be processed. If you feel like a return has taken longer than 2 weeks, please contact our office for any questions you may have. Whole World Products Inc. reserves the right to change this policy at any time.

Defective Merchandise:

If you receive defective merchandise, it can only exchanged for a similar product of equal or lesser value.

If a product is returned and there is no exchange, a 15% restocking fee will be charged.   If you are returning a product that is defective or incorrectly shipped for a refund, then you will be refunded for the cost of the item only. 

CANCELATIONS:

If, for any reason, an order is canceled before it is shipped only 90% of the original order amount will be credited back to the credit card originally used in order to cover bank fees.
